Rally Registration and Fees.
PLEASE READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING INFO!
WeSTOC has a combined rally registration/banquet fee.
This combined fee pays for your registration, your banquet tickets, and entry into all door prize drawings as well as any extras or trinkets we can afford to give attendees.

Payment must be made for each person, including all riders, pillion riders, and non-riding family or friends attending WeSTOC.
This year we have TWO rally options, the regular three-day rally, or the extended four-day rally.
For those who are arriving on Monday for the four-day extended option, the total fee for advance registration and pre-payment is $70, and includes tickets to the dinner and social on Monday night as well as the banquet on Thursday night.
The combined fee for the three-day rally option is $55 and includes your rally registration and the Thursday night banquet.
If your registration and payment arrives after the pre-registration cutoff date of Monday August 23, the prices for either rally option will increase by $15/person. There isn't a rally-only, non-banquet fee. There will be no admittance to the banquet/closing program without a ticket.
Pre-registration for WeSTOC XV will end on Thursday, August 26, 2010. After that date we will be charging the "at-the-door" prices of $70 USD for the three day rally or $85 for the four-day option. This is to insure the hotel has adequate time to plan for the banquet and the dis-organizers don't get stuck for extra costs.

So that we can avoid unnecessary expense and confusion, and get an accurate count of people attending, please DO NOT enter your name on the registration page of this website until AFTER you have paid your rally fees. You'll save $15 by registering early! You'll be assured of getting a nifty printed nametag and any other benefits and goodies due rally attendees, and in addition, you will be entered in a special drawing for some nice prizes.
Banquets and Events
For four-day rally attendees, we'll have a fantastic dinner on Monday night. We won't have a formal program, just socializing and a few door-prize giveaways. The Monday night dinner and program is included with your four-day rally registration fee.
For all attendees, three and four-day, the closing Thursday night rally banquet will be another great buffet, complete with fantastic food, great program, and fabulous door prizes. You can pay your combined fees upon rally check-in, but paying in advance will save you a bunch of time when you get to the rally, enabling you to spend more time hanging out and kicking tires.

Payment and Registration
Payment for the combined rally fee may be made by Paypal, personal or cashier's check, or money order. If you want to use a credit or debit card, you can use your credit card directly through Paypal without establishing a Paypal account. Paypal is the preferred method of payment for WeSTOC.

Make sure you include a note specifying the name or names of all attendees for whom you're making payment. Be sure to mail your payment early enough so that it reaches us prior to the Thursday August 26 cutoff date.

(Special note for our Canadian attendees: Be sure to select Canada from the country pulldown on the checkout screen. Then you should be able to use your credit card to fund the transaction in Canadian funds. Your credit card company will do the currency conversion. If you want to fund the transaction from your bank account, you'll need to establish a Paypal account.)
