The Best Western University Inn - Moscow

 

The headquarters hotel for WeSTOC XV will, as in 2003, be the Best Western University Inn, Moscow Idaho.

Our room block at the University Inn this year is 117 rooms divided amongst Double-Doubles and Kings. See below for rates and reservations. Reservations must be made by July 30, 2010, After that you may or may not get a room.

The hotel features an indoor pool, sauna, hot tub, and fitness center as well as free wireless internet.

All official WeSTOC XV functions will take place in or outside of the University Inn, unless we arrange a pizza night or something down the street. A room will be set aside for us to use as a rally room, for breakfast, registration and other functions. Banquets will be held in the hotel ballroom.

This Year's Rates (Please Read!)

Our negotiated hotel rate for WeSTOC XV is $89.99/night for each room, Double-Double or King. These rates are per room. Room tax will be added to these rates. There is complementary high-speed wireless available in all rooms, and in restaurant and banquet areas. Included in your room rate is an extended continental breakfast, including eggs and breakfast meat each morning from 6-9 a.m, with a special rally room for breakfast with the gang. There will also be a no-host (buy your own drinks) bar each evening with complementary snacks.

 

Arrive early, or stay late?

Since the rally has been extended to three or four nights this year, our negotiated hotel rates are available for all four nights, i.e. Monday-Thursday nights, however, since we anticipate that some people will choose the three night rally option, we have somewhat fewer rooms under our room block for Monday night. If you plan on arriving earlier than Monday or staying later than Friday morning, you're on your own for extended stays. Check in time is 4 p.m., check out time is noon local time.

To Reserve Your Room at WeSTOC XV

Remember, the WeSTOC dates are Monday August 30, or Tuesday August 31 check-in, Friday, Sept 3 check-out (3 or 4 nights).

You can make your reservations by phone or internet. There are different group codes depending on the method, so read carefully below!

NOTE: DO NOT try to reserve through BeST WeSTern's National reservation service! You MUST reserve directly with the hotel to get our block and rates!!!

Although the hotel does have an internet reservation service, to ensure that you are quoted and receive the WeSTOC rate, you should reserve by phone.

For Reservations:

Make your reservations by July 30,2010 to make sure you get the WeSTOC rate. After that date you may or may not get a room.

For those of you who, for some unknown and very strange reason, prefer to sleep on the ground while missing out on all the great action at the hotel, we'll try to provide camping information here if we find some.
