The Event...

The WeSTOC XV Disorganization Committee and the WeSTOC Emeritus Council are pleased to welcome you to Moscow, Idaho, for the fifteenth annual gathering of the Western STOC Clans. A great small city in west-central Idaho, Moscow is nestled between the Palouse, a region of fertile rolling hills covering parts of several states, and Moscow mountain. The rolling hills of the Palouse, as well as Moscow's proximity to US12, one of US motorcycling's "mother roads,"make this a great venue for fantastic riding. Moscow is known as a fun, upbeat town. It's home to the University of Idaho, and like many college towns, you know it'll have some really good restaurants and a great nightlife.

 

 

WeSTOC XV will be held again in it's now-normal late August/early September timeframe. This period should afford us respite from the summer heat we had last time we went to Moscow, as the daytime temperatures typically average in the mid 80's, and evening lows are a comfortable tire-kicking mid-60's.

WeSTOC XV moves to a new format this year! Attendees will be able to choose either a three-day or four-day rally experience, mainly because so many people were showing up a day early anyway. See the schedule of events below, and the registration page, for more information!

Monday August 30th, 2010

  • 4 p.m. - Hotel check-in available
  • 3-6 p.m. Arrivals, WeSTOC XV registration
  • 6 p.m. - Reception, four-day attendees dinner and social (Registered 4-day attendees only)

Tuesday August 31st, 2010

  • Early arrivers - get up whenever you feel like it!
  • 6-9 a.m. Breakfast available
  • Figure out your route for the day and form your riding groups.
  • Other activities as announced
  • 3-6 p.m. Registration open for 3-day attendees
  • 5-8 p.m. Socializing in the Courtyard

Wednesday September 1st, 2010

  • ? a.m. - Get up whenever you feel like it!
  • 6-9 a.m. Breakfast available
  • 9a.m. Racetech Suspension Seminar
  • Go Ride!
  • 4 p.m. - Show and Shine bike judging in the parking lot and maybe even a group picture this year!
  • 5-6 p.m. - Socializing in the Courtyard
  • 6 p.m. Pizza Party - Smoky Mtn Grill

Thursday September 2nd, 2010

  • ? a.m. - Get up whenever you feel like it!
  • 6-9 a.m. Breakfast available
  • Go Ride, but be back early!
  • 5 p.m. - Social hour and bar
  • 6 p.m. - Banquet and Awards program (Note: Admission for registered attendees only)
