Rally Registration and Fees

WeSTOC has a combined rally registration/banquet fee. This combined fee pays for your registration, your banquet ticket, and entry into all door prize drawings. Payment must be made for each person, including all riders, pillion riders, and non-riding family or friends attending WeSTOC. The combined fee if you pre-register and pre-pay, is $55 USD per person. The "at-the-door" price will be $65 USD per person. There is no rally-only, non-banquet fee. There will be no admittance to the banquet/closing program without a ticket.

Pre-registration for WeSTOC XIV will end on Friday, August 21, 2009. After that date we will be charging the "at-the-door" price of $65 USD for the rally. This is to insure the hotel has adequate time to plan for the banquet.

 

So that we can avoid unnecessary expense and get an accurate count of people attending, please pay your combined rally fee before you register on this website. You'll save $10 by registering early! You'll be assured of getting a nifty printed nametag and any other benefits due rally attendees, and in addition, you will be entered in a special drawing for some nice prizes.

Banquet and Rally Fee

The closing Thursday night rally banquet will be a great CVI buffet, complete with CVI's fantastic food, great program, and fabulous door prizes. The banquet is included with your paid combined rally fee of $55 preregistration, or $65 at the rally. You can pay your combined fee upon rally check-in, but paying in advance will save you a bunch of time when you get to the rally, enabling you to spend more time hanging out and kicking tires.

Payment and Registration

 

Payment for the combined rally fee may be made by Paypal, personal or cashier's check, or money order. If you want to use a credit card, you can now use your credit card directly through Paypal without establishing a Paypal account. Paypal is the preferred method of payment for WeSTOC.

(Important: If you are registering multiple people at the same time, make sure you put all attendees names that you are paying for, into the box provided on the Paypal payment page. You can help keep WeSTOC expenses down by paying for all of your attendees in the same transaction. THANKS!.)

(Special note for our Canadian attendees: Be sure to select Canada from the country pulldown on the checkout screen. Then you should be able to use your credit card to fund the transaction in Canadian funds. Your credit card company will do the currency conversion. If you want to fund the transaction from your bank account, you'll need to establish a Paypal account.)
