Please note the following important information, updates, and announcements concerning the rally fee!!!!

  • Rally fees are non-refundable after July 26. This is when the commitment is made to the hotel.
  • The rally fee increases to the "At the door" rate of $85 USD on August 3rd. If registering on or later than August 3rd via Paypal, use the at the door rate.
  • NO rally/banquet tickets will be sold after rally registration closes at 7 p.m. August 9th, when banquet numbers are committed to the Marriott. NO banquet tickets will be sold on Friday or Saturday of the rally. If you are arriving late to the rally, register BEFORE you leave for WeSTOC!

 

Rally Registration and Fees

The rally registration and banquet fees have been combined this year to simplify the process and so we may get a more accurate count for the banquet. This includes all riders, pillion riders, and non-riding family or friends attending. The combined fee if you pre-register and pre-pay, is $70 USD. The "at-the-door" price will be $85 USD. There is no rally-only, non-banquet fee.

 

 

Pre-registration will end on Friday, August 3rd. After that date we will be charging the "at-the-door" price of $85 USD for the rally. This is to insure the hotel has adequate time to order food an plan for an appropriate banquet room size.

 

So that we can avoid unnecessary expense and get an accurate count of people attending, please pay your combined rally fee before you register on this website. You'll also save $15 by registering early! In return, you'll be assured of getting a nifty nametag holder/wallet shown here and any other benefits due rally attendees, and in addition, you will be entered in a special drawing for some nice prizes.

 

Banquet and Rally Fee

The closing Saturday night rally banquet, complete with fantastic Marriott food, great program, and fabulous door prizes, is included with your paid combined rally fee of $70 preregistration, or $85 at the rally. You can pay your combined fee upon rally check-in, but paying in advance will save you a bunch of time when you get to the rally, enabling you to spend more time hanging out and kicking tires.

Payment and Registration

Payment for the combined rally fee may be made by Paypal, personal or cashier's check, or money order. If you want to use a credit card, you should use Paypal or use your credit card to buy a money order. Paypal is the preferred method of payment for WeSTOC. Remember, you don't need to set up a Paypal account to make your payment via Paypal!

 

 

 

 

 

 

To Pay your fees by check or MO:

  1. Make out a check or MO for the combined $70 Registration & Banquet for each person attending. Checks and MO's must be made out to WeSTOC XII.
  2. Important: Make sure you include a note stating the names of each person you are paying for.

Pay your fees using Paypal:

(Important: Make sure you put all attendees names that you are paying for, into the box provided on the Paypal payment page. PLEASE PAY FOR ALL OF YOUR ATTENDEES IN THE SAME TRANSACTION!.)

(Special note for our Canadian attendees: Be sure to select Canada from the country pulldown on the checkout screen. Then you should be able to use your credit card to fund the transaction in Canadian funds. Your credit card company will do the currency conversion. If you want to fund the transaction from your bank account, you'll need to establish a Paypal account.)
